File A Claim

In order to file a claim online, please send the following information to Claims01@themovingguysusa.com:

Include The Franchise Location, Your Name, Address, New Telephone Number, Email Address, Move Number and Move Date.

Please also indicate what was damaged with a brief description of the item and the damage done.

Reminders

If a damage report was not taken by our movers on the day of the move, you will be required to submit photos of your damage. Your claim will be settled based on the election of coverage you chose on or prior to your move date.

If this is an interstate move, the FMCSA requires all claims be submitted in writing within 9 months of receiving your shipment.

If this is an intrastate move, deadlines for claims submittals are governed by individual state law.

The Moving Guys will not be responsible for damage to contents of boxes not packed by The Moving Guys.
